The closing date for the online entry system will be the 6th Sep 2026. A number list will then be displayed on the website.
We urge as many runners as possible to collect their numbers in advance of race day
Number collection in advance of the race day will be from the Reception Desk at Rotherham Leisure Complex, Effingham St, Rotherham S65 1BL
The Reception desk will be open from 07:00 to 21:00 on Monday 7th September until Friday 18th September.
At the Race Venue ONLY (Wentworth). There will be a Marquee based point for number collection on the morning of the 20th. It will be open from 08:00 to 09:15. The Marquee will be on the lawn between the visitor car park and the start / finish point
To collect a number the person collecting will have to show the email receipt that was sent by the online entry system; which means that if you wish to collect more than your own number, you will need the email receipt for all the numbers you wish to collect.
The numbers should be pinned on the front of your vest / running top for the event, using a pin in each corner. The event will use transponder timing (on the back of the race number) which will be triggered at the race start / finish gantry by the floor mat.
